Please review the terms of service that govern our academic relationship and tutoring programs.
1. Services
Apian provides academic tutoring services including SHSAT prep, SAT prep, Regents prep, Math, and ELA tutoring for students in the New York area and online.
2. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment requires completion of a registration form and payment of applicable fees. Payment plans may be available. Refund policies vary by program — contact us for details.
3. Attendance & Scheduling
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Makeup sessions may be available for absences with 24-hour advance notice. Schedule changes require coordination with our program coordinator.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer extra free sessions for quality assurance. If you're not satisfied with the instruction, please contact us and we'll work to address your concerns.
